EMPLOYER PROVIDES NICE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES

ARCNET, an architecture and engineering firm based in Holmdel, N.J., held their inaugural key ceremony to present 28 1999 3-series BMWs along with prepaid car insurance to all employees with a year of service at the firm. ARCNET’s Chief Executive Officer Al Galdi said, “I thought that providing a new automobile to all ARCNET employees would be a fantastic idea to maintain employee satisfaction and morale.” All the cars are leased so every employee will receive a new BMW model every three years or 60,000 miles, which ever comes first. ARCNET also provides a bonus of 25 percent of salary to thank them after five years of service, pays their Thanksgiving food bills and covers, in full, their choice of health club memberships. “We want the ultimate people for our team,” said Galdi.
