DALLAS-PageMart Wireless Inc. announced it has agreed to resell its paging and messaging services for a five-year period to Sprint Corp.
According to the agreement, Sprint initially will offer traditional local and nationwide paging services using devices from Motorola Inc. Advanced services like guaranteed and two-way messaging will be added at a later date, the company said.
The paging services will be available under Sprint’s brand name and sold in Sprint retail stores throughout the country.
