BETHESDA, Md.-Comsat Mobile Communications signed a three-year agreement with Aerolineas Argentinas, Argentina’s national passenger airline, to provide fax, data and voice communications via satellite for both crew and passengers.
Under terms of the agreement, Comsat will provide satellite communications to ARG’s fleet of up to 12 Airbus A340 aircraft using the Comsat Aero-H, a voice and data service over the Inmarsat satellite system.
