ATLANTA-Southern LINC, a digital wireless communication service of Southern Co., announced it has licensed Phone.com’s UP.Link Server.
The company intends to use the server to offer wireless data and Internet services on Motorola Inc. integrated Digital Enhanced Network handsets.
