HACKENSACK, N.J.-GoAmerica Communications Corp. announced it has secured $7.5 million in private equity financing from CIBC Capital Partners.
The funding is part of a larger financing project GoAmerica is undertaking, about which the company said it will announce further financiers and strategic investors in coming months.
The effort is designed to raise funds to expand the company’s sales and marketing efforts and develop service infrastructure, GoAmerica said.
