ARLINGTON, Va.-TeleCorp PCS Inc. opened a new customer care call center in its Memphis, Tenn., market, said the company.
The 46,000-square-foot facility provides customer service and inbound telesales operations for TeleCorp’s SunCom markets in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La.; Memphis; Little Rock, Fayetteville and Hot Springs, Ark.; Manchester, Concord and Nashua, N.H.; and Worcester, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, Mass.
