CHATSWORTH, Calif.-Intellicell Corp. said it is requesting its shareholders approve a corporate name change, to Focus Affiliates Inc., at the company’s annual meeting in September. Intellicell also said it has begun conducting business as Focus Wireless Communications.
“The name Intellicell has served the company well, but our new name better reflects our new business strategy in the wake of our recently announced merger with Cellular Wholesalers Inc. and our new management team,” said Michael Hedge, chief executive officer and president of Intellicell.
“Our goal is to provide an efficient method for order processing by providing Internet-based e-commerce solutions.”
