BOULDER, Colo.-Athene Software Inc. said it formed an alliance with Exchange Applications Inc. to jointly market new technologies that combine Athene’s APT Churn and APT Profitability products and Exchange Application’s VALEX 3.0 marketing campaign management software.
“APT Churn and APT Profitability will maximize customer retention and allow for the first time the management of customers by their profitability potential,” said Athene President and Chief Executive Officer Eric Johnson.
“APT Churn will provide VALEX with critical information necessary to ensure the success of their client’s marketing campaigns, and VALEX will provide information to Athene’s closed-loop feedback system, which will enhance the accuracy of our prediction and retention.”
