MCLEAN, Va.-LCC International Inc. said Dutchtone NV of the Netherlands chose LCC to conduct its Quality of Service measurement and reporting process.
The agreement calls for LCC UK Ltd. to measure overall network quality for Dutchtone’s Global System for Mobile communications 1800 network.
LCC UK said it will manage and implement all of the QOS activities, which include ownership, installation and operation of all measurement equipment needed, provision of radio-frequency engineering and QOS process expertise and generation of in-depth reports and recommendations for quality improvement.
The agreement is already in effect and will be valid until the end of 2000.
