BAM TEAMS WITH CRISIS SHELTER

PITTSBURGH-Crisis Center North and Bell Atlantic Mobile launched the Phone Recycling Program, which will allow BAM customers in the Pittsburgh area to recycle their older model wireless phones by donating them to the crisis center to benefit victims of domestic violence. Donated phones must be portable models and include batteries and chargers. BAM will test and reprogram the phones to dial 911 and then return the phones to Crisis Center North.
