OREM, Utah-Q Comm International Inc., a regional telecommunications provider specializing in prepaid cards and wireless phone services, announced it signed an agreement with Page Tel Cellular to market its prepaid wireless phone services to customers throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and California.
Q Comm’s prepaid wireless phone services will be marketed by convenience stores, gas stations and food markets using the AirTouch Cellular and GTE Wireless networks.
Paul Hickey, Q Comm’s chief executive officer, also said the company appointed Steve Flaherty to president. Flaherty will oversee the marketing of Q Comm’s products and services to retail establishments throughout the United States.
