KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.-InterDigital Communications Corp. said William A. Doyle resigned from his positions as president and member of the board of directors.
The company said it is continuing its search for a chief executive officer.
Howard E. Goldberg, president of InterDigital Technology Corp. and previous executive vice president of InterDigital Communications Corp., has been named interim president of the company. He will serve in that position until a new CEO is hired.
Doyle joined InterDigital in 1991 and was elected president in 1994, according to a company news release.
