SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. said Oracle Corp. chose Qualcomm’s pdQ smart phone as one of the key platforms for its Oracle CRM 3i customer relationship management mobile sales and service application.
Oracle CRM 3i is a suite of 35 integrated modules that provide marketing, sales, service, call center and electronic commerce solutions, said Qualcomm.
The pdQ smart phone combines the Palm Computing platform with a Code Division Multiple Access wireless phone that supports wireless Internet access and e-mail.
