ARLINGTON, Va.-TeleCorp PCS Inc. filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its shares of class A common stock, the company announced.
The offering will be lead managed by Salomon Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers, and co-managed by Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Merrill Lynch.
