The company promoted Mitchell Sacks, former president and chief financial officer, to president and chief executive officer.
Frank Lynch, former executive vice president of sales and marketing, now is the executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Erik Volfing, TSR’s former vice president of finance, has been promoted to senior vice president and CFO.
The company’s former vice president of information systems, Jeff Oram, was promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer, and Len DiSaviano and Phil Sacks, who previously held titles of CEO and COO, respectively, will continue to serve as co-chairmen of the TSR’s board of directors.
