Metrocall to increase stock

ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Metrocall Inc. has scheduled a special stockholder meeting for Jan. 14 to vote on increasing Metrocall common stock from 100 million to 200 million shares and increasing preferred stock shares from 1 million to 2 million.
