DALLAS-Preferred Voice Inc. announced an agreement to install its Voice Integrated Platform System in the network control center of Midwest Wireless L.L.C., a privately held wireless services provider in Mankato, Minn.
Using Preferred Voice’s technology, Midwest Wireless will offer Safety Talk hands-free voice dialing services to its 100,000 Minnesota cellular subscribers, the company said.
