PRINCETON, N.J.-Nettech Systems Inc. announced Itochu Techno Science-a computer system distributor in Japan-has invested in the company.
Nettech also said it acquired the assets of CTC’s MobileWare middleware division. CTC is an exclusive distributor of Nettech’s wireless middleware.
Financial details of both announcements were not disclosed.
