ATLANTA-Clear Communications Group appointed William Loughman chief financial officer. Loughman formerly was executive vice president of finance at Clear.
In addition to his management responsibilities overseeing the company’s daily financial activities, corporate banking and vendor relationships, Loughman will provide strategic planning to ensure the company’s continued growth. Clear recently secured $50 million to finance the acquisition of TWR Telecom Inc., TWR Lighting Inc., Specialty Drilling Inc. and McKenzie Telecommunications Group.
Prior to joining Clear in 1998, Loughman was director of business development for AT&T Wireless Services Inc.’s Southeastern region. He also served as director of operations for Europe and the Middle East with Motorola Inc.
