NEW YORK-AT&T Corp. said it will list its upcoming wireless tracking stock on the New York Stock Exchange following an initial public offering expected this spring.
The new tracking stock will reflect the performance of the company’s voice and data mobility business, as well as its fixed-wireless business and ownership interest in international wireless operators.
