SAN DIEGO-Wireless Facilities Inc. and L.M. Ericsson announced a multi-year, strategic outsourcing agreement to deliver a complete suite of network management services to wireless operators and service providers in the U.S. market.
According to the agreement, WFI will obtain and operate the resources of Ericsson’s Network Operations Center that will be integrated into WFI’s existing network management organization.
“This important strategic relationship with Ericsson and the addition of these network management capabilities to WFI’s services portfolio enhances our ability to deliver true end-to-end network deployment and management services,” noted Scott Fox, president of WFI’s Network Management Group.
Financial details of the agreement were not available.
