BOULDER, Colo.-SignalSoft Corp. filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock.
The company said Salomon Smith Barney will act as the lead managing underwriter of the offer with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and Lehman Brothers as co-managers.
