SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Western Multiplex Corp., which manufactures broadband wireless access systems enabling service providers and other enterprises to deliver data, voice and video services, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock.
The company expects the proposed offering to take place in the next several months.
