ROSH HA’AIN, Israel-CT Motion Ltd., a location-based mobile Internet service developer, said it is developing its MobileMate personal portal for m-commerce services.
The company said the portal analyzes usage habits and travel patterns and learns where the user lives, works and shops for the purpose of delivering time-sensitive information based on that profile.
The solution is based on CT Motion’s Cellebrity advanced services platform.
