SEATTLE-Cellular Technical Services Co. Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the assets of New England Telecom Inc., a reseller of prepaid long-distance phone card products, through its majority-owned Isis Tele-Communications Inc. subsidiary.
As part of the agreement, NET operations will be consolidated into Isis’ existing Stoneham, Mass., location and will include an employment contract with the principal NET shareholder.
