MINNEAPOLIS-Netbiquity L.L.C., a start-up firm specializing in wireless application development for corporate clients, announced plans to create a wireless portal for the consumer and small-business market. The portal is expected to be a free service targeted at users of both Palm and Pocket PC handheld devices and WAP-enabled phones.
