DALLAS-Location carrier Times Three Inc., a division of Cell-Loc Inc., is providing U.S. wireless carriers free access to location data derived from cellular 911 calls.
Cell-Loc said its network-based solution based on time difference of arrival technology meets all standards of accuracy required by the Federal Communications Commission in its E911 mandate.
