SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. entered a High Data Rate infrastructure, royalty-bearing equipment license agreement with Korea’s Kisan Telecom Co. Ltd., granting Kisan a license to develop, manufacture and sell wireless HDR infrastructure equipment using Qualcomm proprietary technology.
