SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, United States-Motorola said it named Guillermo Acedo Romero as general manager of the company’s wholly owned cellular operating companies in northern Mexico. Acedo is former chief executive for business development for Bancomer Financial Group.
The four companies-Baja Cellular, Movitel, Norcel and Cedetel-provide cellular service to more than 1 million subscribers in Mexico’s four northern telecom regions.
