TORONTO-Primal Technologies Inc. received a fourth memorandum of understanding with Lucent Technologies Inc. to supply a PrePaid Voice Response Unit in its Primal Service Node.
The prepaid system allows carriers to offer a bundle of options to customers who want to purchase wireless airtime at the beginning of a specific term. Prompted by voice commands directly from the Primal Service Node, the PrePaid VRU allows customers to increase their account balance without the intervention of customer service representatives, according to Primal. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
