BOSTON-Wireless application provider Isovia announced partnership plans with Ironside Technologies Inc. to provide private-labeled wireless applications for Ironworks, Ironside’s sell-side e-commerce suite of products, and the Ironside Network independent e-business access service.
Isovia said the relationship will use its wireless m-business infrastructure technology to facilitate sales force automation and customer self-service with remote access to customer order status, product and pricing information, and order entry via handheld wireless devices.
“Our technology brings a compelling wireless e-commerce solution to the supplier market, and to customers and field representatives in need of remote account access,” explained Hemant Taneja, chief executive officer of Isovia.
