SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Amdocs unveiled an enhanced version of its IAF Horizon solution to support mobile Internet Protocol services and allow mobile service providers to capture new revenue streams via advanced support for revenue sharing, sponsoring, m-commerce and location-based services.
“IAF Horizon eliminates infrastructure barriers when launching and managing mobile data services-enabling mobile service providers to manage the revenue allocations across multiple parties involved in delivering mobile IP services to subscribers,” explained Paul Atkinson, president of Amdocs’ Solect Division.
In addition, Amdocs said the IAF Horizon service management features enable management of bundled mobile IP offerings, such as IP access, e-mail messages, Internet and intranet access, and WAP-based content and value-added services.
