GIVATAYIM, Israel-Under a signed agreement, Nexus Telocation North America and Xypoint Corp. made their first steps toward creating a working relationship to deploy location-based services globally.
Nexus said it hopes that by integrating its location-based security applications with the Xypoint platform it can deliver its products to operators who already rely on Xypoint.
“Our objective is to provide wireless carriers with the confidence we have integrated with leading location-determining technologies and location-enhanced application developers so as carriers make decisions about applications we can deploy these services quickly,” said Ken Arneson, Xypoint’s president and chief executive officer.
Xypoint is a software and network service platform operator, and Nexus is a developer and manufacturer of low-energy wireless communications and location-based security and monitoring applications.
