HAYWARD, Calif.-Certicom announced it signed four new licensing agreements for its e-business Security Builder encryption toolkit, which helps developers add signatures, management and encryption to software applications.
BlueTie Inc., Novarra Inc., Route 1 Corp. and Sentrisystems.com are the new licensees.
