NEW YORK-Mobile news junkies will soon be able to watch The Associated Press’ video news reports under a new deal between the news organization and GEO Interactive Media Group.
The project, which was created to demonstrate GEO’s technology, will wirelessly stream AP news video in an MPEG-4 format using GEO’s Emblaze Wireless Solution technology.
GEO said its solution would work over all major platforms and almost any bandwidth, from 9.6 Kbps to 1.2 Megabits.
