PRINCETON, N.J.-Wireless infrastructure provider Broadbeam Corp. said it is developing a joint marketing initiative with Psion plc, a provider of Symbian-based devices, and that it added support for the Symbian/EPOC 32 operating system for mobile devices.
“Supporting Symbian is consistent with our goal of giving our customers the ability to utilize the widest array of wireless devices,” said Jiren Parikh, Broadbeam’s vice president of international operations. “The agreement will help enterprises utilizing Symbian and Psion products mobilize their work forces through Broadbeam’s Wireless Platform.”
