SAN ANTONIO-Telecommunications infrastructure service provider CCI Telecom Inc. acquired Berkshire Wireless Inc., a wireless facilitates deployment specialist.
CCI Telecom President Mike Novak will serve as president and chief executive officer of Berkshire, which will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of CCI Telecom.
“This is the first of a series of strategic acquisitions we plan to execute over the next few years within the telecom infrastructure services industry,” said Novak. “Our plan is to continue to position CCI Telecom as an end-to-end provider of telecommunications network services.”
Financial details of the deal were not announced.
