SAN FRANCISCO-Aspiro and Wysdom Inc. signed an agreement that enables Aspiro to deliver short message service traffic within North America and Wysdom to deliver SMS traffic to the European market.

Meanwhile, Wysdom customers will be able to reach more than 200 GSM carriers in Aspiro’s International SMS network, and Aspiro customers will be able to reach mobile devices in GSM, TDMA, CDMA and paging networks in North America. Aspiro estimates its international network connectivity will be increased by 100 additional carriers.

According to both companies, the agreement is mutually beneficial, non-exclusive and has a minimum term of six months.
