BOCA RATON, Fla.-SBA Communications Corp., a tower developer and owner, has closed on 203 of the 275 towers included in its agreement with TeleCorp PCS Inc., an affiliate of AT&T Wireless. The entire sale is expected to be finalized in the second quarter. The two companies also have signed an agreement where SBA will become the exclusive build-to-suit provider for a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 400 new towers across parts of TeleCorp PCS’ SunCom service area.
