SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Motorola and MapInfo Corp. will align to provide MapInfo’s miGuide, a location-based application that offers maps and driving directions on Motorola’s Java technology-enabled handsets.
MapInfo’s miGuide will run on the new Motorola i85s and i50sx handsets, which will be available beginning this month. The miGuide application is expected to be available in the second half of this year.
