WASHINGTON, D.C.-The Wireless Communications Association has elected seven new members to its board of directors.
They are: Jai P. Bhagat, chairman and chief executive officer of Air2Lan Inc; David B. Gibbons, vice president and chief architect of fixed wireless at AT&T Fixed Wireless Services Inc.; Jacques Paquin, president and chief operating officer of Inukshuk Internet Inc.; Peter A. Howley, chief executive officer and co-founder of IPWireless Inc.; J. Curtis Henderson, senior vice president of broadband wireless access at MSI Inc.; and John Ramsey, vice president of South American sales for Vyyo Inc.
The new board members will join the incumbent board of 26 other members for the first time on June 24 in Boston, the night before WCA 2001: Broadband Now! begins.
