REDWOOD CITY, Calif.-2Roam Inc. added voice support to its wireless platform using Tellme Network Inc.’s Voice Application Network, a deal 2Roam said will allow businesses to incorporate integrated voice and data applications into their existing wireless Web offerings.
“The addition of 2Roam Voice Services will enable enterprises to deploy voice applications to optimize and enhance the customer wireless user experience,” said Bob D’Acquisto, the company’s director of business development.
2Roam’s voice offering will allow users to switch from a data session to a voice session simply and easily, the company said.
