RA’ANANA, Israel-Orange of Switzerland, owned mainly by OrangeUK/France Telecom, has selected Speedwise Technology Ltd.’s Speedwise Accellence to enhance network performance and deliver accelerated wireless Web browsing to customers.
According to Orange, the Speedwise technology will make Web browsing up to six times faster and will optimize network performance over all layers. “With Speedwise Accellence deployed over their Fast Data network, Orange is set to move ahead of competition in the Swiss wireless market by making next generation equivalent services available immediately,” said Moshe Shani, regional vice president for Speedwise.
