Crisp Partners plans mobile content services company

NEW YORK—Java 2 Micro Edition company LogicChain Inc. announced Crisp Partners acquired an equity stake in the company, and plans to form a new mobile content services company called Crisp Wireless.

The new company will be focused on mobile content, entertainment and multimedia applications and service development.

“LogicChain had established itself as a leader and first mover in the J2ME mobile content industry,” said Jonathan Kim, the company’s chief executive officer. “We saw the opportunity to build a company around LogicChain’s technology to provide service providers, content providers, software providers and device manufacturers the tools and knowledge necessary to profit from next-generation mobile services.”
