SHANGHAI, China—Lucent Technologies Inc. said it has demonstrated its first cdma2000 1x call for voice and data in China.
Lucent said it is collaborating with China Unicom to demonstrate the mobile Internet services for visitors at a temporary exhibit center at the Shanghai Sofitel Hyland Hotel in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation conference.
