DULLES, Virginia, United States—Wireless consumers can now purchase wireless products and services through America Online (AOL). A new online resource is available for AOL members at AOL Keyword: Wireless and at www.aol.com/wireless.
The service allows consumers to find phones and service plans, as well as tips on how to wirelessly access AOL features and other AOL: products and services.
“In addition to providing consumers with extra value, the new Keyword: Wireless area will bring our partners added benefits as well,” explained Jenna Fiorito, vice president and general manager of AOL Anywhere. “Not only will it enable them to sell phones, content and special applications that reside on the destination, it also will help them reach their target markets efficiently and to educate consumers about how to take advantage of the features available to them on Internet-enabled phones.”
