Triton PCS increases private offering price

BERWYN, Pa.-Triton PCS Inc. increased the pricing of its previously announced private offering of 8.75-percent senior subordinated notes from $300 million to $400 million. The carrier said net proceeds from the sale will be used to repay borrowings under its senior bank credit facility.
