BETHESDA, Md.—Motorola Inc. and Access Spectrum LLC announced they have agreed Motorola will design, manufacture and market infrastructure and portable and mobile radio products for use by enterprises and carriers in Access Spectrum’s 700 MHz Guard Band spectrum.
“Motorola’s commitment to design and manufacture a portfolio for the 700 MHz spectrum will provide customers with quality products which, combined with our spectrum, create a seamless solution that meets a variety of mission critical voice and data communication need,” said Mark Crosby, Access Spectrum’s president.
Motorola expects to introduce its 700 MHz Guard Band products in the second half of 2002.
