STOCKHOLM, Sweden—CellPoint Inc., a mobile location services software provider, is establishing a corporate office in New York, while maintaining its European operational headquarters in Kista, Sweden, the company said.
CellPoint’s founders and directors, Peter Henricsson and Lynn Duplessis, also will relocate to New York, and Stephen Childs, the company’s newly appointed president, will remain in Kista.
