OTTAWA—Industry Canada signed a memorandum of understand with the Russian Minister of Communication and Information Leonid Reiman for cooperation in communication and information technologies. The countries will share information and expertise among public and private organizations, as well as through joint initiatives to be identified by both parties, Industry Canada said in a statement.
The agreement was signed during a visit by a Russian delegation headed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov during a visit to Canada.
